Program Overview
Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) offers a high-volume, technology-rich, one-year clinical fellowship focused on the comprehensive management of urinary stone disease and endourologic pathology. Fellows receive official, hands-on training in retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), and robotic reconstruction, with additional exposure to HoLEP and BipoLEP for benign prostatic hyperplasia. The program also provides structured experience in image-guided and energy-based technologies, as well as in laparoscopy and robotics relevant to endourology.

Fellows benefit from an advanced endourologic environment featuring state-of-the-art lasers, suction-integrated access systems, and multiple robotic platforms. Academic components include case conferences, journal clubs, and participation in ongoing research projects. The fellowship aims to cultivate both clinical excellence and academic leadership in the field of minimally invasive urology.
The oncology component may be discussed further, with a focus on robot-assisted procedures in selected cases.
