Dear friends and colleagues  

First of all, a very warm and Happy 2026 to everyone !

I still remember vividly attending my first World Congress of Endourology and ESWL in November of 1994 in St Louis, Missouri as Dr. James Lingeman’s endourology fellow. Yes , St Louis was cold and the airport was closed due to a heavy fog, but the scientific content under Prof. Ralph Clayman was awesome and the many friendships I have made since, are remarkable.

As I reflect , there is no doubt in my mind that the Endourological community has been crucial in my urological development and I would like to warmly welcome you into this community at the 43rd World Congress of Endourology and Uro-Technology being held in Buenos Aires, Argentina! Come join us to learn, make new friends, strengthen relationships and to party the Argentine way! The Congress President, Dr. Noberto Bernardo, is a wonderful friend, a great host and it will be an unforgettable experience.

We are excited to announce the roll out of a new webinar series that features top international urologists performing leading-edge urologic procedures using the latest technologies and instrumentation. These one-hour webinars will be scheduled throughout the next eight months and will feature a semi-live surgery presentation by an expert surgeon with commentary by two seasoned moderators.

The semi-live surgeries will cover the wide range of our specialty including endourology, stone disease, BPH therapies, robotic surgery, and focal therapy. Time will be allotted for discussion of questions submitted by attendees.
